Large fintech associations deal with massive amounts of customer and association-related data, requiring efficient workflows and dynamic form management. However, existing solutions are rigid, making it difficult to track workflows, manage approvals, and customize forms without technical expertise.
We set out to design a flexible workflow management and form designer module that seamlessly integrates with VistraConnect’s CRM, enhancing efficiency and usability.
